1. Delivery Time and Costs

Delivery Area
- We deliver orders throughout Latvia, as well as to other countries, depending on the availability of the shipping service provider.

Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within Latvia usually takes 1–3 business days, but this may vary depending on the time of order, public holidays, and other factors.
- International deliveries may take 7–14 days or longer, depending on the destination country’s customs and logistics workload.

Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing an order and depend on the chosen delivery method (courier, parcel locker, or postal service), as well as the weight and dimensions of the order.
- In certain cases, for example during special promotions, free delivery may be offered if the order amount exceeds a specified threshold.
2. Discreet Packaging
- We ensure fully discreet packaging: there will be no visible company name or logo on the outside of the package, nor any markings that describe the contents.
- Only we and you—the customer—know what is inside the shipment.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Since loveyou.lv also offers adult products (intimate products, lingerie, etc.), there are special guidelines regarding product returns due to hygiene and health protection considerations.

General Terms
- You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days after receiving the order, provided it meets the return criteria listed below.

What Can Be Returned
- Products that have not been used or opened, are in their original packaging, and do not fall under the category of personal hygiene products (for example, non-intimate cosmetics, unused lingerie sets if they have not been worn and the packaging is not damaged).
- Defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged product or a product with defects, please contact us to arrange a replacement or compensation.

What Cannot Be Returned
- Adult/Intimate products (e.g., vibrators, dildos, masturbators, anal stimulators, etc.) if the packaging has been opened and/or the product has been used, as these are considered hygiene items.
- Opened, used, or damaged-packaging lubricants, creams, cosmetics, condoms, and other single-use products.
- Lingerie or other textile items if they have been worn and/or hygiene seals/stickers (if any) have been removed.
- Products showing visible signs of use or compromised sterility—even if originally they were protected by a seal that has been removed or damaged.

Return Process
- If the product meets the return conditions, we will send you return instructions (address, contact information, etc.).
- To ensure faster processing, please include the order number and copies of documents confirming the purchase in the return shipment.
- The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer unless the product is defective or was delivered in error on our part.

Refunds
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, within 14 days after we have received the product and verified its condition.
4. Warranty and Complaints
- If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not function as intended, you have the right to request warranty repair or replacement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
