How to Receive Your Order

Receiving your order is simple and discreet 📦

When placing an order on LoveYou.lv, you must provide a valid mobile phone number. We also recommend entering your address so the delivery partner knows which city your parcel should be sent to.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS from DHL with delivery information.

Using the link in the SMS, you can choose the parcel locker that is most convenient for you. Depending on availability, you may be able to choose parcel lockers from different operators.

Delivery to the entered address is not available — the address is used to determine the delivery city and offer suitable parcel locker locations.

Your privacy is our priority. LoveYou.lv orders are packed in neutral and discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.

Please follow the instructions in the DHL SMS and choose the most convenient parcel locker for collection.

LoveYou.lv – discreet all the way to collection. ❤️
