Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase made through www.loveyou.lv within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the Goods.

If several Goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last Good is received. If Goods are delivered in several lots or parts, the period begins when the last lot or part is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

Before returning any Goods, please contact us at info@loveyou.lv. Once your return request has been confirmed, we will provide you with the current return address and the necessary return shipping instructions.

Please do not send any Goods back without prior confirmation from us.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the payments received for the returned Goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order, where required by applicable law.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned Goods or until you provide evidence that the Goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Hygiene and Intimate Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

This may include, depending on the product and its packaging:

  • intimate toys;
  • vibrators, dildos, masturbators and anal products;
  • certain lingerie or intimate items with hygiene seals;
  • condoms and other sealed hygiene products;
  • lubricants, cosmetics and similar products where the original hygiene or security seal has been opened.

If the original hygiene or security seal remains intact and the product otherwise qualifies for withdrawal, the statutory right of withdrawal is not automatically excluded.

Products that have been used, opened or unsealed in circumstances where they are no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be accepted for return.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

The hygiene exception does not affect your statutory rights if the Goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@loveyou.lv and include your order number and relevant details.
